What is My BCHS?

My BCHS is an account that demonstrates your commitment to the welfare of the animals in our area. Although there is no fee with having a My BCHS account we do ask that you make a donation so that we can continue to maintain the website.

What are some of the neat things you can do with a My BCHS account?

Looking for a particular type of pet?

Submit a pet request (Under Development) and we will do our best to find a pet matching the criteria that you provide. If an animal were to enter the shelter matching your criteria you will have "First Choice" to adopting the animal. We will also contact you and let you know that one matching your criteria has arrived. We work with several other shelters and rescue groups and we may be able to assist with finding they type pet you requested.

Have Success Storie(s)?

As a member of the My BCHS community you will be able to post your own success stories. A success story would consist of a thumbnail image and up to two additional images and unlimited text to tell your story. As a pet lover you can share your happiness with the World!

Alerts!

You will have the option to sign up for My BCHS Pet Alerts! Pet Alerts are emails notifying all myBCHS members of lost or found pets. It is a way for our community to help each other in the event on a lost pet...
